for all women considering "Med-SPAs" for BOTOX, Myobloc, Neurobloc, and
Vistabel... or anything associated with the artistry of injectables via application of
medical aesthetics. Yes, ART-is-TRY – a bad haircut we can repair and fix, but
some injectables are dominant in your facial appearance for up to 8 years!
Whether natural or synthetic "Botulinum toxin" in very large doses can cause
botulism. These are neurotoxic arresting agents that should be administered by a
medical professional. Unfortunately most medical directors are either absent,
reside in other cities, 0r arrive only to sign off on sealed medical records (HACCP
required). Should an inspector spot check that the “rules and regulations” of the
SPAs are followed, they would find that the patients of these elaborate,
expensive medical services are not being protected.
My first Medical Director was not practicing medicine at all; the second
was a D.O. (Osteopathic); (Anesthesiologist and Pain Specialist) – untrained and
inexperienced in medical aesthetics. Doctors that would normally be proficient
or trained in these services would come from plastic surgery, dermatology,
otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat), and ophthalmology. Gastroenterologists
and Anesthesiologists are not sufficiently qualified to sign off on charts. Donut
shops and restaurants will have more inspections in one year than ALL medical
SPAs in your township or city combined!
Wellness and well-being of all women are corrupted by the addictive
nature of BOTOX and of the beauty industries inherent "need-to-feed". As a male
business owner, I have always given more latitude to my female employees, with
children, due to the extra demands on their lives over any and all of my men. I
do not nor would I ever expect any woman in business to put her professional
responsibilities over her family or her children. The medical SPA arena creates a
dichotomy, or duplicitousness, where the women are inherently motivated to
engage in decent or not-so-decent practices to advance the pride of her creation,
her very children. These same children to whom she preaches otherwise.
Survival of our species is not dependent on these practices as most women

Nurture" is in the fact that a real woman would never forgo food for her
children’s well-being first. Historically, regardless of culture and societal
development, it was the mother of the family that died of starvation first by her
selfless act of trying to provide sustainable nourishment to her starving children.
The "Nature of Nurture" is stronger than self-will in normal women and is
a reason that women are more divine than men as the creators of life sustaining
all of humanity from the beginning of time whether or not you believe it all
happened in a week, millennium, or as descendants from apes. When you are
deciding on elective medical procedures for esoteric and personal beautification
reasons, you need the facts.
The flickering flame that draws the moth to its death is the youthful
delight that healthy fertile females possess, until we age and dry out. Unlike fine
wine, aged meats and cheese, it is our crack, crumble and fall stages we want to
slow, avert, or reverse. These solutions are all available today when administered
with care, precision, know-how, medical training and “artistic capacities”
sculpting, molding, shaping, and injecting. How can you trust the
conceptualization and implementation of "true" rendition of your expectations
when each of 10 practitioners would have your face altered in the way they deem
or "feel is best"? These intentions conveyed as accurately as possible by you are
understood yet being adhered to: is a different story.
Most of these practitioners exercise what "they think is best" which is to
maximize their commissions or profits. Professionally, most of these women are
paid from commissions on top of a salary so honesty is subjective. We all are
aware of the "naked truth" in front of the reflection in the bath water as we
descend and notice our caboose by true accident 0r standing in front of a mirror
at 50 years old and seeing our youthfulness fade away while lusting after it
before it fades. Just as the male praying mantis is eaten after mating or the
clownfish recognizes the imbalance of female - to - male ratio and switches sexes,

over the world, but still unavailable. We can only work with what we HAVE to
begin with, not with what we had to BEGIN WITH. There is no Falcor for
Atreyu that will save us from the nothingness, the nothingness is life without
dignity and respect for others.
We should demand from our service providers, that are engaging in
criminal acts of indecency, that go unregulated should be reported. I know SPA
owners that have never had a visit from any inspector since the day of opening
and currently after years of operation. This business and all businesses are
"AGENDA DRIVEN". Some women are inherently agenda driven so do not act
surprised when you are being conned.
Beautification is not life sustaining unless your livelihood is like that of a
stripper, hooker or actress. Women cannot truly and honestly admit that they are
not putting themselves first amongst other competitive women, even when being
services by women that are almost always the case. There is the Gay male
component factor in the industry but the industry is women dominated.
Wellness, as an industry, is antithetical to the constructs and nature of a
truly money-driven industry void of nurture that preys on women in transition,
clawing into their souls. Women north of the Mason-Dixon line are in just as
much in danger of the heretical nature of these licensed Spas where women are
trained in highly manipulative tactics that reach deep into the realms of all our
weaknesses, hopes, and then pocketbooks. They incite emotional havoc on our
sensibilities to make reasonable medical decisions that have "life-long"
implications. Most procedures are unnecessary or oversold due to the pay and
commission structure of most SPAs. The nature of nurture is "love" and this basic
human need is all it takes to get us to open our hearts, lives, secrets, and hopes.
When our hopes are gaffed and reeled in, we are at the mercy of the professional.
Frequently, they are people unlicensed, unsupervised, or not adequately trained
to do anything more than maximize their commissions by short selling for long
term addiction.

A highly manipulative tactic is to inject highly diluted BOTOX while
explaining that everyone responds differently, some need more than others,
some less, but. Leading you to believe that there is a possibility you might need a
bit more BOTOX if it doesn't take. Coupled with a simple fact like, "Well you
probably have had some medications that didn't work well for you in the past;
it's rare but, the same thing. You have been assured "IT" (your beauty) will be
managed in your follow-ups if necessary, and they will be necessary. 80 percent,
"YES, 80 PERCENT" of women in med-SPAs steal from their employers that
come from deliverables to the clients. Treatment Programs and benchmarks for
the most amount of services they can provide in the present and the foreseeable
future. In the South, women are already at a disadvantage from the mix of
Southern "Sensibilities" and Latin machismo, and the pursuit of the Almighty
Dollar.
STEPS TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT AND SAFETY:
STEP 1: CHANGE YOUR MEDICAL SPA IMMEDIATELY
Change your med-SPA immediately. The only way you can protect yourself if
80 percent of the staff are stealing from their employers, they are also cheating
you 80 percent as well in deliverables. No one wants to accuse anyone of this
accepted general practice that has put Oncologists in jail for long periods of time.
Because these are all elective procedures, the courts are much less reluctant, apt,
or capable of correcting what you cannot prove after the treatments are
administered. You can only prevent this from happening by mandating pre-mixed
ALLERGEN(TM) BOTOX syringes from the factory, produced under the
highest medical and quality standards. There are currently no counterfeits
reported on the market. Most all BOTOX is diluted 3/1 in the Spas for injection,
so this is where they get to "pull saline" to mix your BOTOX ratio which is then
tampered at this level. You cannot trust that the contents of the BOTOX vile
contains only BOTOX as it could have been pulled earlier and set aside for theft.

If statistically 3+ out of every 4 applications are fraudulent, you can only trust
your preemptive actions to protect your health and appearance. Even if these
statistics are half reported in national surveys by employers, it is just too
dangerous as the contents of these containers cannot be trusted safe with such
dangerous tampering; putting women and their health at serious risk. Injecting
saline will not harm but will also not benefit you for what you are paying.
STEP 2: CHECK CERTIFICATIONS, PORTFOLIO AND REFERENCES
Check the certification of the injecting professional and ask how long they have
been injecting Perlane, Restylane and Juvederm. I have used all three for $4,700
worth of filler after I lost a lot of weight from divorce and the stresses of owning
a medical spa. I terminated dozens of employees after opening and kept firing
small groups until it became evident that there was a circle of incompetents that
get fired from one spa after another. Other spa owners were uncooperative in
sharing information of these rogue elements just changing zip codes and
employers to maintain their hustle. The contents of these vials contain varied
amounts of hyaluronic acid (a natural component of your cells) that holds 1,000
times its weight in water; filling and contouring your face and lips as it sets.
Some SPAs are making their own acid for injection in back rooms under no
standards for safety and guidelines for these injections in Austin, Texas. These
tactics are a far more dangerous leap of faith than just injecting saline. Make sure
that you get a fresh syringe that is opened in front of you prior to injection.
Egregious, but it is less practiced than the saline switch yet, still of concern
enough to demand proof since these procedures are so expensive, and results are
different as these product applications are different filling and contouring
processes. I had my lips done for the reduced collagen at 50, and it worked great,
but it was my product. I pulled it from my inventory locker prior to injection, so I
know that my treatments were correct products for the applications.

STEP 3: EDUCATE YOURSELF ON ALL MEDICAL AESTHETIC OPTIONS
Educate yourself on the varied options of Laser and Cold Sculpting versus the fat
burning of the LASIX Fractura that reduces the size of large fat cells and destroys
the smaller ones. All while tightening the skin in the process with precise
pixilated sub-dermal destruction creating a collagen response that lasts for years.
These LASIX systems use sonic waves and are less dangerous and provide a
wider range of applications. LASIX works on cellulite and one can expect true
permanent fat removal without liposuction. Most Med SPAs do not have plastic
surgeons who give referral commissions, in cash, from doctors for patients they
receive to the referring agent, not the SPA, or the employer. Sometimes patients
are convinced to leave the place they came to for non-invasive treatments if the
corrupt RN or Doctor believes that there is money on the table some will cut, tear
and pull into bankruptcy if they feel they can get you to pay for it. I, Thomas
Manning III, do hereby swear that this is my personal experience, and my
knowledge is first hand and from others that had come to work for me from
other SPAs and when I saw the writing on the wall that there was no possibility
for me to continue to support these women after having to fire over half of the
staff monthly for the duration of the one year, I took detailed notes as I believed
my investment would and could only serve as a warning to help women realize
their objectives when in transition from divorce or just wanting to repair long-term
damage caused by multiple-births, cellulite from aging, or just a better look
after tremendous weight loss. I was that person also but in my case; they took me
fully to the cleaners, and I know the truth. Please protect yourselves. Regarding
your options, I believe with injectables, that no woman now needs a true face lift
until after 55 years in most cases. BOTOX should start at 30 years in very small
doses to maintain youthful expressive appearance. Chin lifts and tummy tucks
can be managed with various non-invasive techniques but sometimes requires a
surgeon. Your electives should be balanced by your commitment to the
procedures that are painful when opting for full on face lifts. I also recommend a
heavy -hit at 100 units of BOTOX for a one time full (not total) arrest with the
fillers to create a very long-term benefit. This way, it requires a much smaller
amount 1-2 years after the first major investment if you wait until 50 to get the

sagging and wrinkles to disappear with the double chin (yes the double chin -
gone in 2 days for less than $100 of BOTOX).
If you do elect surgery make sure that the surgeon is certified by the Board of
Plastic Surgery. Some are general surgeons and worse some are just general
practitioners that received training from someone, somewhere in Medical
Aesthetics. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! If they do not have a portfolio of before and
after leave. If you cannot call any of the clients in that portfolio, leave. You have
options, it’s your new face, with your money, for your new life. Make it pay all
the way girls, don't get duped. They do not care and they FIX YOU TO LOOK
THE WAY THEY THINK YOU LOOK THE BEST. LOOK AT YOUR NURSE,
make sure she is a nurse and that you feel her maternal love and nurturing ways.
