SMI's CAT will compress display content to minimize the bandwidth needed to transmit content.

SMI Confidential SM768 enables theWireless Docking for Office, Conference Room or Commercial Broadcast Use • WiGig 11ad or 802.11ac/WiFi 6 wireless to transfer screen content. • SMI CAT’s high compression ratio (20:1) makes 4K video stream to take only 100-250 Mbps bandwidth. • Wi-Fi will adapt to work under interference by switching Wi-Fi channels or adjusting Tx power. • Hybrid Design. Also support USB-C PD to charge laptop. Display will switch from Wi-Fi to USB if USB-C cable connected.
