minimal or no business management experience.

Exeed’s Subject Matter Experts, who integrate solid academic theory with practical real life

In this workshop entrepreneurs will be exposed to accounting principles and financial
statements, how to manage them and how to budget as well as assess the profitably of
their business. They will also understand the different financing options they have to
fund their business and the concept of working capital and the different legal
frameworks and legal requirements a business needs to be aware of.
3. Marketing and Sales Fundamentals – 6 sessions
Within 6 sessions, business owners will learn how to identify and segment markets,
understand customer behavior, product life cycles and pricing strategies, how and
where to promote and distribute your product as well as specific sales and after sales
techniques.
4. Personal Productivity Workshop – 7 sessions
Includes 4 sub-workshops on project management, time management, negation skills
and communication skills workshops. All of which will provide the tools and have an
entrepreneur acquire the skills he or she needs to better manage projects, assess risk,
build partnerships with suppliers and lead teams within the business.
BONUS SESSION: The Business Plan
An overview and a revision of the different sections of the business plan based on what
