Smarterkey is developing software and a hub to allow hosts on peer-to-peer lodging marketplaces like Airbnb to remotely control guest access and automate self check-in without needing to be present. The smarterkey hub would connect to locks, appliances and sensors in the home to enable remote home automation and access control.
