Smart City Kochi is one of the first two projects of Smart City's vision to build a large network of
knowledge-based industry townships across the world.
On completion, Smart City Kochi would be one of the largest IT parks in the country. The project
is expected to have minimum 8,800,000 sq of built up space with a minimum of 6,200,000 sq ft
set aside for IT or allied services.

Enroute to the venue entrance is a traditional Kerala reception with festive
lights, “Kavadi”, “Theyyam” artists performing along the paths and
Panchavadyam artists performing at the entrance of the venue, present-
ing a feast to the eyes as they are received.

Entrance Arch
An attractive, unique and digital entrance arch will be erected to welcome
the guests. The digital panels on the arch will display different images |
graphics | communications.
QR Scanners for Visitors entry
QR Scanners will be placed on either sides of the arch, where the guests scan
the QR code on the invite and are digitally check-in to the event.

The guests enter a virtual museum displaying digital representations. The first
part of the virtual museum is the Tech past tunnel which will display digital
innovations and technologies evolved from the past.. Each window on the
screen will exhibit an individual video.

Passing through the smart zone the guests enter the Tech smart tunnel. The
tunnel offers a walk trough the future displaying the developments and
innovations in technological, digital and economic world after the inception
of Smart city. Each window on the screen will exhibit an individual video.

SEATING AREA
A digital screen is placed outside the Virtual museum on either sides where
the guests can check and locate their seats. The VVIP lounge is demarked and
set in front of the stage. The VIP lounge is demarked and set just behind the
VVIP lounge. Theatre style seating arranged for other guests and invitees.
Every seat will carry the name of the guest on it.6

THE WATCHOUT STAGE
The stage will be equipped with a huge Watchout screen to support all the
activities on the stage. Sufficient and controlled lighting will be used to run
the show.
The watchout stage will be also used for:
1. PLAQUE UNVEILING CEREMONY
The plaque is unveiled digitally with a remote.The unveiling will take place on the
center screen. Each plaque once unveiled, will move to the either sides of the stretched
out screen.
2. AGREEMENT SIGNING
A touch pad placed on the stage enabling E- Signature which will be projected on the
screen.
3. KEY HAND OVER
A Mock key will be presented after the presenting their profiles on the big screen.
As the mock key is handed over, a visual of a door being unlocked appears on the
backdrop to reveal the logo of the receiver.

The building is blacked out.
INAUGURATION
The Building inauguration to take place as the Chief guest places his palm
on the ipad placed on the stage. As the ipad is touched lights proceed from
the ipad to the stage and then to the building and a 3D mapping video
appears on the building playing for 2mins.
The video culminates with a 3D projection of SCK Phase -1 Building.
POST- LAUNCH
Highlighting 3d video loops projected on the Building followed by pyrotech-
nics.

The event culminates and as the guests move to the F&B area, the path lights
up and transforms to a glow path.
