ONE NAVIGATION SYSTEM THAT FACILITATES TACTILE INTERACTION WITH THE CONTROLLING PERSON HIGH ORIENTATION SECURITY IS POSSIBLE, BUT ONLY, IF THE PROCESSING OF THE TRAFFIC EVENT IS NOT SUPPORTED BY THE DISPLAY OR ANNOUNCEMENTS ARE DISTURBED. THE RESOLUTION OF THESE TWO CONFLICTING GOALS IS THE FOCUS OF THE PROJECT, WHICH IS DEVELOPING FIBRE COMPOSITE STRUCTURES. Traffic Density Control and Accident Indicator Using WSN
Now a day’s many of the things get controlled automatically. Everything is getting controlled using the mechanical or the automated systems. In every field machines are doing the human works. But still some area is controlled manually. For example traffic controls, road control, parking controlling. Keeping these things in mind we are trying to develop the project to automate the traffic tracking for the square. To make any project more useful and acceptable by any organization we need to provide multiple features in a single project. Keeping these things in consideration proposed system is less with multiple methodologies which can be used in traffic control system It is important to know the road traffic density real time especially in mega cities for signal control and effective traffic management. In recent years, video monitoring and surveillance systems have been widely used in traffic management. Hence, traffic density estimation and vehicle classification can be achieved using video monitoring systems. In most vehicle detection methods in the literature, only the detection of vehicles in frames of the given video is emphasized. However, further analysis is needed in order to obtain the useful information for traffic management such as real time traffic density and number of vehicle types passing these roads. In the transportation of valuable materials, theft is very common in transit. Petroleum products are
stolen from tankers by the people authorized to transport them. Question papers of examinations are
sneaked out in transit before the examinations and leaked to the public. Milk, oil and other such products
are diluted and adulterated while they are being transported. All these thefts happen only because the
locking mechanism is designed in such a way as to provide the authority of entry to the person who has the
key. Nothing can be done to prevent theft if the person with that authority is corrupt.
We are proposing a locking mechanism for transport vehicles carrying valued goods where the
opening of the lock is triggered only by the complete fulllment of three factors, namely, the presence of the
locked entity in a geolocation fence, RFID authentication,the predened password and authentication

MEMS is a Micro electro mechanical sensor which is
a high sensitive sensor and capable of detecting the
tilt. This device can perform all the tilt functions like
forward, reverse, left and right directions. The system
consists of cooperative components of an
accelerometer, microcontroller unit, GPS device and
GSM module. If any accident occurs, this wireless
device will send mobile phone a short massage
indicating the position of vehicle by tracing the
location of the vehicle through GPS system to family
member, emergency medical service (EMS) and
nearest hospital. . The threshold algorithm and speed
of motorcycle are used to determine fall or accident
in real-time. In this project we are also using
temperature sensor and CO sensor which are
interfaced to the micro controller. With the help of
temperature sensor we can measure amount of
temperature exhausted from the vehicle. CO sensor
will sense the amount of CO gas emitted from the
vehicle. Whenever the CO gas level exceeds the
threshold limit then the motor of the vehicle is
stopped. Ultrasonic sensor in the module is used to
detect any obstacle in the surroundings of the vehicle
and intimates the microcontroller and the controller
calculates the distance between the vehicles and if the
distance is very less, then vehicle stops automatically.
Accisdent detection and notificstion system
This document presents a project to design a system that can detect traffic accidents and report the accident location to emergency responders to minimize response times. The objectives are to design a system that can detect and locate accident locations to help occupants even when incapacitated, and increase road safety. The system components include an Arduino microcontroller, GPS and GSM modules, vibration sensor, LCD display, and buttons. The prototype was tested and able to obtain GPS coordinates within 40 meters and send them via GSM to emergency responders. Limitations and future enhancements are discussed.

train tracking and management system to improve the existing railway transport service. The solution
is based on powerful combination of mobile computing, Global System for Mobile Communication
(GSM), Global Positioning System (GPS) technologies and software. The inbuilt GPS module
identifies the train location with a highest accuracy and transfers the information to the central
system. The availability of the information allows the train Controller to take accurate decisions as
for the train location. Positioning data along with train speed helps the central system to identify the
possible safety issues and react to them effectively using the communication methods provided by
the system.

the accident, but can save their life by expediting the ambulance to the hospital in time. The objective of this
scheme is to minimize the delay caused by traffic congestion and to provide the smooth flow of emergency
vehicles. The concept of this scheme is to green the traffic signal in the path of ambulance automatically so that
the ambulance can reach the spot in time and human life can be saved. The main server finds the ambulance
through mail. At the same time, it controls the traffic light according to the ambulance location and thus arriving at
the hospital safely. This scheme is fully automated, thus it locates emergency vehicle and controls the traffic

In India most of the accidents are happening due to vehicles over speeding. Sometimes if obstacle is close to the vehicle then they won't be able to judge the distance to apply instant brakes and accident is occurred. To avoid accident due to over speeding, obstacle detection using ultrasonic sensors is used. In this project ultrasonic sensor is used for 360degree detection of obstacle. If obstacle is in front of the vehicle less than safety distance, automatically brakes will be applied or if vehicle comes from backside of the vehicle and is at less than safety distance then the warning light is shown to vehicle. Sometimes if vehicle is coming very close to our vehicle just before hit the vehicle the airbags are open. In the transportation of valuable materials, theft is very common in transit. Petroleum products are
stolen from tankers by the people authorized to transport them. Question papers of examinations are
sneaked out in transit before the examinations and leaked to the public. Milk, oil and other such products
are diluted and adulterated while they are being transported. All these thefts happen only because the
locking mechanism is designed in such a way as to provide the authority of entry to the person who has the
key. Nothing can be done to prevent theft if the person with that authority is corrupt.
We are proposing a locking mechanism for transport vehicles carrying valued goods where the
opening of the lock is triggered only by the complete fulllment of three factors, namely, the presence of the
locked entity in a geolocation fence, RFID authentication,the predened password and authentication

This project presents a women's safety device using an Arduino, GPS, GSM, and other components. The device allows a woman in distress to send an alert by pressing a button, which will send her location via GPS to emergency contacts and authorities via text message. IRJET- Vehicle Accident Detection System using GSM and GPS

WIRELESS BLACK BOX REPORT FOR TRACKING OF ACCIDENTAL MONITORING IN VEHICLES
The following paper is to develop a
wireless black box using MEMS accelerometer and
GPS tracking system for accidental monitoring.
MEMS is a Micro electro mechanical sensor which is
a high sensitive sensor and capable of detecting the
tilt. This device can perform all the tilt functions like
forward, reverse, left and right directions. The system
consists of cooperative components of an
accelerometer, microcontroller unit, GPS device and
GSM module. If any accident occurs, this wireless
device will send mobile phone a short massage
indicating the position of vehicle by tracing the
location of the vehicle through GPS system to family
member, emergency medical service (EMS) and
nearest hospital. . The threshold algorithm and speed
of motorcycle are used to determine fall or accident
in real-time. In this project we are also using
temperature sensor and CO sensor which are
interfaced to the micro controller. With the help of
temperature sensor we can measure amount of
temperature exhausted from the vehicle. CO sensor
will sense the amount of CO gas emitted from the
vehicle. Whenever the CO gas level exceeds the
threshold limit then the motor of the vehicle is
stopped. Ultrasonic sensor in the module is used to
detect any obstacle in the surroundings of the vehicle
and intimates the microcontroller and the controller
calculates the distance between the vehicles and if the
distance is very less, then vehicle stops automatically.
Accisdent detection and notificstion system
This document presents a project to design a system that can detect traffic accidents and report the accident location to emergency responders to minimize response times. The objectives are to design a system that can detect and locate accident locations to help occupants even when incapacitated, and increase road safety. The system components include an Arduino microcontroller, GPS and GSM modules, vibration sensor, LCD display, and buttons. The prototype was tested and able to obtain GPS coordinates within 40 meters and send them via GSM to emergency responders. Limitations and future enhancements are discussed.

efficient methods to avoid train collision and obstacle detection. A GPS system is being used to
pinpoint the location of faults on tracks. The project presents a solution, to provide an intelligent
train tracking and management system to improve the existing railway transport service. The solution
is based on powerful combination of mobile computing, Global System for Mobile Communication
(GSM), Global Positioning System (GPS) technologies and software. The inbuilt GPS module
identifies the train location with a highest accuracy and transfers the information to the central
system. The availability of the information allows the train Controller to take accurate decisions as
for the train location. Positioning data along with train speed helps the central system to identify the
possible safety issues and react to them effectively using the communication methods provided by
the system.

Recently technological and population development, the usage of vehicles is rapidly increasing and at the
same time the occurrence accident is also increased. Hence, the value of human life is ignored. No one can prevent
the accident, but can save their life by expediting the ambulance to the hospital in time. The objective of this
scheme is to minimize the delay caused by traffic congestion and to provide the smooth flow of emergency
vehicles. The concept of this scheme is to green the traffic signal in the path of ambulance automatically so that
the ambulance can reach the spot in time and human life can be saved. The main server finds the ambulance
through mail. At the same time, it controls the traffic light according to the ambulance location and thus arriving at
the hospital safely. This scheme is fully automated, thus it locates emergency vehicle and controls the traffic
lights, provide the shortest path to reach the hospital in time.Accident Alert System using Advance Microcontroller
In India most of the accidents are happening due to vehicles over speeding. Sometimes if obstacle is close to the vehicle then they won't be able to judge the distance to apply instant brakes and accident is occurred. To avoid accident due to over speeding, obstacle detection using ultrasonic sensors is used. In this project ultrasonic sensor is used for 360degree detection of obstacle. If obstacle is in front of the vehicle less than safety distance, automatically brakes will be applied or if vehicle comes from backside of the vehicle and is at less than safety distance then the warning light is shown to vehicle. Sometimes if vehicle is coming very close to our vehicle just before hit the vehicle the airbags are open. Dès 1990-1996, des études approfondies sur la structure et l'effet des vitrages de protection ont été menées dans le cadre d'un projet de recherche franco-allemand sur la conservation des pierres naturelles et des peintures sur verre. (/ros12/). L'objectif était de développer des règles de base pour l'efficacité de protection des vitrages de protection extérieurs ventilés.
En 2016, dans le cadre d'un projet DBU sur la stabilisation climatique des vitrages de protection à St. Sebald, il a été explicitement souligné que seul un nombre limité de règles de base d'application générale peut être dérivé pour la construction de vitrages de protection extérieurs, mais qu'en tout état de cause le contrôle climatique doit avoir lieu dans l'entrefer.
Cette présentation présente un nouveau système extrêmement facile à utiliser pour la surveillance continue de la formation de condensat dans l'entrefer.

Al in 1990-1996 werden in een Frans-Duits onderzoeksproject over de conservering van natuursteen en glasschilderijen uitgebreid onderzoek gedaan naar de structuur en het effect van beschermende beglazing. (ros12/). Het doel was om basisregels te ontwikkelen voor de beschermende efficiëntie van geventileerde buitenbeglazing.
In 2016 werd er in het kader van een DBU-project over klimaatstabilisatie voor beschermende beglazing in St. Sebald uitdrukkelijk op gewezen dat voor de bouw van buitenbeglazing slechts een beperkt aantal algemeen geldende basisregels kunnen worden afgeleid, maar dat in ieder geval de klimaatregeling in de luchtspleet moet plaatsvinden.
Deze presentatie toont een nieuw systeem dat zeer eenvoudig te bedienen is voor continue controle van condensaatvorming in de luchtspleet.

(/ros12/). El objetivo era desarrollar reglas básicas para la eficacia protectora de los acristalamientos de protección exterior ventilados.
En 2016, en el marco de un proyecto de DBU para la estabilización climática de los acristalamientos de protección en St. Sebald, se señaló explícitamente que para la construcción de los acristalamientos de protección exterior sólo puede aplicarse un número limitado de normas básicas de aplicación general, pero que, en cualquier caso, la regulación climática debe llevarse a cabo en el entrehierro.
Esta presentación muestra un nuevo sistema que es extremadamente fácil de operar para el monitoreo continuo de la formación de condensados en el espacio de aire.

(/ros12/). Цель заключалась в разработке основных правил обеспечения эффективности защитного остекления вентилируемых наружных защитных стекол.
В 2016 году в рамках проекта DBU по стабилизации климата для защитного остекления в Санкт-Себальде было четко указано, что для строительства наружного защитного остекления можно определить лишь ограниченное количество общеприменимых основных правил, но в любом случае климатический контроль должен осуществляться в воздуховоде.
Данная презентация демонстрирует новую систему, чрезвычайно простую в эксплуатации для непрерывного мониторинга образования конденсата в воздушном зазоре.

Już w latach 1990-1996 w ramach francusko-niemieckiego projektu badawczego dotyczącego konserwacji kamieni naturalnych i obrazów na szkle przeprowadzono obszerne badania nad strukturą i efektem przeszklenia ochronnego. (/ros12/). Celem było opracowanie podstawowych zasad dotyczących skuteczności ochronnej wentylowanych szyb ochronnych zewnętrznych.
W 2016 r., w ramach projektu DBU dotyczącego stabilizacji klimatu dla szyb ochronnych w St. Sebald, wyraźnie wskazano, że tylko ograniczona liczba ogólnie obowiązujących podstawowych zasad może być wyprowadzona dla budowy zewnętrznych szyb ochronnych, ale w każdym razie kontrola klimatu musi odbywać się w szczelinie powietrznej.
Ta prezentacja przedstawia nowy system, który jest niezwykle łatwy w obsłudze i umożliwia ciągłe monitorowanie powstawania kondensatu w szczelinie powietrznej.

As early as 1990-1996, extensive studies on the structure and effect of protective glazing were carried out in a Franco-German research project on the conservation of natural stones and glass paintings.The aim was to develop basic rules for the protection efficiency of ventilated exterior protective glazing.
In 2016, as part of a DBU project on climate stabilisation for protective glazing in St. Sebald, it was explicitly pointed out that only a limited number of generally applicable basic rules for the construction of exterior protective glazing can be derived, but that in any case climate control must take place in the air gap.

Bereits 1990-1996 fanden umfangreiche Studien zum Aufbau und der Wirkung von Schutzverglasungen in einem deutsch-französischen Forschungsprojekt zur Erhaltung von Natursteinen und Glasmalereien statt. (/ros12/). Ziel war die Erarbeitung von Grundregeln zur Schutzeffizienz der belüfteten Außenschutzverglasungen.
2016 wurde im Rahmen eines DBU-Projektes zur Klimastabilisierung bei Schutzverglasungen in St. Sebald explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass nur eingeschränkt allgemeingültige Grundregeln zum Aufbau von Außenschutzverglasungen ableitbar sind, dass aber in jedem Fall eine Kontrolle des Klimas im Luftspalt stattfinden muss.
