The Smart Community Center in Ugenya, Kenya aims to improve lives through education, skills training, and sustainable agriculture. It will provide care and education for orphans, vocational and academic training for teenagers and young adults, literacy and business skills training for women, and agricultural assistance and training for farmers. These goals will be achieved through educational and health programs, vocational training courses, microenterprise development, and demonstration farms. The initiative was launched by the Community Support Group, a Kenyan NGO seeking to promote sustainable development.
