PDHPE is one of the six key learning areas in education, aimed at improving quality of life and addressing personal and community health issues. It teaches students communication, decision making, problem solving, and interacting skills through a game sense approach and programs like crunch & sip, with the goal of helping students make positive choices and develop knowledge and attitudes for healthy, active, and fulfilling lives.
