This document summarizes Aziroh Johari's 6-month industrial training with Risda Daerah Sik from November 2012 to May 2013. Risda is a government agency established to support smallholder rubber farmers. During her training, Aziroh assisted with programs to promote fertilizer use, latex stimulation, additional household incomes, and knowledge sharing with farmers. She also focused on identifying and treating three major rubber tree root diseases: white root disease, brown root disease, and red root disease. Control methods included quarantine trenches, fungicide treatment, and replanting with cover crops.
