This document provides an overview of various Microsoft Word skills including skipping the basics, styles, mail merge, tracking changes, and resources for additional training videos. It recommends not typing out the table of contents and instead using styles. Mail merge is introduced as being a great way to merge a document with a spreadsheet of contact information. My name is Luke VanWingerden and I work in ITS here at USC Upstate. I am the Director of Client Services, which means I handle all your computer problems
I know everyone is busy but hopefully a little background on my life right now will help you relate and see why the following are important to me.
I am happily married to 1 wife
I have 3 boys, Ages, 5, 3 and 6 months
I work here at USC Upstate, serve on many committees and community events
I also have a wood working gig I do for fun
Oh I almost forgot
I’m over just over half way through my MBA at South Carolina, I have 1 year left
