A forelimb is
an anterior limb (arm, leg, or
similar appendage) on
a terrestrial vertebrate's body.
For quadrupeds, the
term foreleg is often used
instead. (A forearm however is
the part of the arm or forelimb
between the elbow and
the wrist.)
