sticks, atleast know 12 disarming
tech., and perform basic anyo.
Yellow belt (7-17 yrs. of age)
Must proficiently know the basic
skills about arnis like strikes,
stances, blocks and movements.
Black belt (18 yrs. and above)
All of the above, Must have
known the combination of all
basic skills, must have joined an
tournament, must know how to
perform profeciently in basic or
advanced anyo.
Green belt (7-17 yrs. of age)
Must proficiently know the basic
skills about arnis like stances,
blocks, strikes, basic arnis drills,
atleast three disarming tech., twirling
of sticks and have a sparring in
single or double sticks.

HISTORY OF ARNIS
Arnis was developed by the indigenous populations of the
Philippines, who used an assorted range of weaponry for
combat and self-defense.
