Per Person price based on a minimum group of 60 students with 3 complimentary seats for

7. COST PROPOSAL
Cancellation Charges:
 If cancelled 90 days prior to the departure a 10% cancellation charge will be
applicable
 If cancelled 60 days prior to the departure a 50% cancellation charge will be
applicable, any cancellation after that will be charged at 100%
 In all cases a minimum processing fee of Rs 5000/ pp will be non – refundable
 Visa fees once applied cannot be refunded
 If for some reason like lack of documents etc if a visa is rejected or has to be
applied again visa fees will have be paid for the second time
