SimpleCrew is a mobile photo app for teams to privately share photos from marketing campaigns. It allows teams in the field to upload photos to campaigns via the mobile app or website. Managers can then access and analyze the photos through a dashboard that provides timelines, maps, stats and shareable reports. The document provides examples of promoters who use SimpleCrew to track street team campaigns.

It’s similar to Instagram, except instead of being
public for a social network, it’s private, for
groups and teams.

Names,

First, your team member chooses a
campaign.
The campaigns look like Instagram,
including the names, dates, and times
of every photo in the campaign.

7. The Dashboard
All your campaigns will be accessed via the Dashboard,
which gives you an overview of all your active campaigns.

8. Campaign Timelines
For every campaign, you get timelines showing all the
photos your team has uploaded in chronological order.

9. Photo-Slider
If you click on any photo, it’ll bring up the photo-slider. You
can click through to see all the photos in detail.

10. GPS Locations
We use the GPS locations from your team’s smartphones
to pin the location of every photo on a map.

11. Expanded Map View
You can click “More Map” to expand the map, making it
easier for you to browse by location.

12. Location Details
Click on any pin to see the corresponding photo, along with
Name, Date, and Time info.

13. Team Overview Stats
The Team Overview page gives you a roster with every team
member on the campaign and their stats.

14. Shareable Reports
You can share campaigns with third-parties or on social
networks by grabbing a publicly shareable link.

15. Add/Remove Team Members
You can add and remove people from campaigns. Your team
members can only see and upload photos to campaigns
you've added them to.

16. Upload via Web
Your team members can also upload photos via the website,
which is useful for your team members without smartphones,
or for uploading screenshots.

17. Social Media Tracking
…This makes SimpleCrew an awesome way for you to follow
your team’s progress on Facebook and Twitter.

18. Sneak Peak: SimpleCrew Web Clipper
To facilitate this, in December we're releasing SimpleCrew Web Clipper - a
browser extension that will allow your team to grab and upload screenshots to
SimpleCrew campaigns, without leaving the page they’re on.
