Simon Dumont is a 21-year-old freestyle skier from Bethel, Maine who holds the world record for the highest ski jump off a quarter pipe. He was recognized and began competing at X-Games at age 15, winning his first gold medals at 17. Despite suffering life-threatening injuries six months prior, Dumont has gained over 10 sponsors during his career in which he has competed in over 70 competitions, placing first, second or third in over half of them.
