Our ten condominium
buildings form a
neighbourhood of closely
associated yet privately
owned apartments. The
owners and tenants living in
a condominium building are
dependent on one another
for the quiet
enjoyment of
their homes, and for the
smooth and harmonius
functioning of the
community.

located just inside the Main
Entrances.

window sill bracket provided by the Supt. Deposit of
$35 needed. All boards must be painted brown
(supplied by Supt.) Any units not installed correctly
will be contacted to reinstall according to standards.

Time: 30 minutes

No vehicle can be stored on
this complex; all vehicles must
be roadworthy and moved for
regular property maintenance
or ploughing as required.

travel so please respect your
neighbours and keep the bass on your
stereo system and surround sound as
low as possible.
