1. Thomasville Community Landmarks Multi-Use Trail Using GIS to Find the Path

2. Founded in the early 1800’s Thomasville grew to become a Victorian era winter resort for many of the more prominent families of the north. Pinetree Blvd. could be considered the first multi use trail in Thomasville. (circa 1880’s) Traveling through the surrounding pine woods circling the city a ride through the pine scented air was thought to be therapeutic.

3. Why a Multi Use Trail? Why Now? In part through the success of Cherokee Lake and Rose Garden Improvement Project
