Responsible for providing proactive helpdesk support to investigator sites, monitors and IVR
companies both locally and internationally. This includes resolving 1st level issues and
escalating issues that are beyond the 1st level.Assist in the set up and maintenance processes
of CIRT (Cenduit Interactive Response Technology), and the creation of compilation and
distribution of site documentation. Also, provide administrative assistance the CIRT/Logistics
