Gone are the days when the only tools for teaching are limited to books, a blackboard or
whiteboard, and a chalk or markers. With technology integrated to education, teachers can now

exciting learning environment and promotes interest in education in general.
Other tools available for teachers include Smart Boards (interactive whiteboards), email Skype,
and PowerPoint.

- 2. Should students use cell phones? • I think that students should use cell phones. It's a great tool for searching and providing a lot of information. It can increase the sense of safety for both students and parents. And also in case of an emergency.
- 3. Reason 1: In case of an emergency • If there are bullies or you get troubles at school, the students are able to contact their parents or security to send them home. When students have their own phone, important phone numbers can be easily saved in their cell phone to contact whenever in need.
- 4. Reason 2: Enhance the learning experience • Cellphones can help students become more organized and with the teacher's permission, students can get internet access easily to look for and enrich more ideas.
- 5. Reason 3: Social Learning • They give students a chance to collaborate with each other. Some recording devices can help students keep track of what they need to do. Plus, sharing information and discoveries. Cell phones can show maps, charts, pictures and everything.
