3. Should I Pursue My Dreams or
Get Married?
-I know what you are thinking “Can’t I have both?” Sure you can!
-In marriage you have to consider those God has entrusted you
with (a spouse & kids).

4. Rarely do we think about what’s
the cost of pursing our dream….
-Once we hit the first roadblock, we are ready to quit.
-As life moves on & we put our dream on the
backburner, then something else happens.

5. We meet someone then fall in
love.

6. Falling in love is a beautiful
thing!
-The only problem is we believe our future spouse
will automatically be on board what we are trying to
accomplish.

7. One thing we tend to overlook once
married is the responsibility that
comes with it.
-Paying rent, or a house note, car note, savings, life insurance,
health coverage. Kids need new clothes, car maintenance (you
get the picture). Trying to juggle all these things consistently
can take a toll on you.

8. To any Christian man reading this slide,
marriage is about responsibility, not:
I now can have sex without sin.

9. Sure you can be married and pursue
your dream!
-Is your spouse on board with you? If they are, the process will play in your
favor.
-If they aren’t on board, you will ask yourself
Do I throw away my dream?

10. Many singles are in a rush to get
married but never considered
these things.

11. There are benefits to being single
-If you are single you can pursue God’s calling for your life without any
worries or extra responsibilities.
-Why be tied down in a relationship? You don’t have to answer to anyone!

12. Too many of us fell for old sayings
like….
-He/she complete me
-My better half
-Looking for my soul mate

13. If you’re single, there’s nothing wrong
with the desire to marry
-Maybe you and your future spouse can create a business or ministry
together!
-If you desire to stay single, live your life! Pursue everything God has for
you. You can be single and successful.
