This document describes different camera shot types used in filmmaking including extreme wide shots (EWS), very wide shots (VWS), wide shots (WS), close ups (CU), and two-shots. EWS show the environment without the subject visible, VWS show the subject and environment, WS show the full subject, CU focus on a body part, and two-shots frame two people similarly to a mid shot.
