I have had the pleasure of employing Tamara Tallie as a preschool assistant
at Little People from July 2009 until April 2010, as well as the first term of
2011. The age of the children were between 2 and 5 years. I am very sad to
lose such an inspiring teacher.
During her time at Little People Tamara impressed me with her dedication
and her ability to make each toddler’s day exciting. I found Tamara to be
exceptional. She is energetic, honest, kind and has a wonderful way with
children. Tamara is passionate about her work and puts great effort into all
she does. She is particularly talented in story telling, both books and puppet
shows. She is exceptionally creative and her art is of a high standard.
Tamara is warm and caring and had an excellent rapport with the children
and other staff members. Tamara gets on well with children and they find it
easy to relax and be themselves in her presence. Her calmness, patience
and ease allows them to develop confidence in their own abilities. The
children as well as their parents fell in love with her from the first day.
I wish Tamara the best of success and luck in the future. I believe that any
child will be enriched by the love, care and expertise that Tamara can share
with them. Tamara will be an asset to any school to which she is appointed.
