LibGuides, which was the first time the entire collection of FAQs and policy questions were made
available digitally. Acted as project manager for the relocation/merger of Science Library
materials back into the main collection. Managed five branch libraries (Cohen, Architecture,
Music, Science & Engineering, and the Center for Worker Education.) Oversaw supervision of
the faculty, staff and student employees in the User Services area of the Library. Made
recommendations to the Assistant Dean of the Library concerning personnel matters, budget
needs, and general operational needs of the User Services area of the Library. Maintained current

Files under strict confidentiality and government records management regulations. Recorded and
disseminated meeting minutes to squadron officers. Advised Commander and supervisors on
Airmen promotion eligibility requirements each month as well as assisted in the preparation of

personnel actions by working with the Judge Advocate General's office and military guidelines.
Provided squadrons with force protection skills and facility management which improved the
effectiveness of its training in preparation for the 2007 Headquarters, Air Mobility Command's
Operational Readiness Inspection. In-processed new squadron members and out-processed
members who were retiring or separating from the military. Advised members on military health,
legal, and retirement benefits. Administered random drug testing notifications according to strict
guidelines. Tracked and reported annual employee leave and vacation schedules. Accurate Report
of Surveys reporting led to an efficient processing as well as flawless data submissions to
Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command. Organized and ran the monthly Commander's Call
which included event location reservation, creation and presentation of awards (certificates,
plaques, trophies.)
