• It is process that describes transfer of knowledge
experience, commodities and facilities with others.
• It also involves transfer of one’s feelings ideas or
thoughts of an individual

3. This transfer should be of the following attributes
• Genuine
• Legal
• Positive
• voluntary
Return for this transfer should not be expected

4. • It has to be done voluntarily and not by force, but it can
be motivated successfully through some ethical principles
to an individual.
• In short sharing is ‘charity’.

5. Advantages of sharing :
• Happiness and wealth multiplies
• Fear, agony and sorrow divides
• Crimes and sufferings decrease
• Trust between haves and have-nots increases

6. Economically
• Sharing improves benefits, reduces wastages and
losses and everybody gets one’s needs fulfilled and
satisfied.
Commercially
• Profit is maximized

• Productivity and utilization are maximized by
