2. JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Having good knowledge Assembling all types of Electrical equipments,(Industrial) Trays,
conduit, Electric panel Board, PVC aluminum cable, cable lying jointing, 220/440 volts.
T.P. Switch different types of Starters, H.V. & L.V.132 KV Switch Gear ABB & GE etc.
• Cable Termination, Glanding, Cable Testing, Megering Cad welding, Termination and
installation of relays light & power work, sound practical knowledge of termination of
central junction box, M.J.B and Relay panel fixing of BUS Bar exposition proof lighting
fixture, Maintenance replacement.
• Knowledge of various types of M.C.B. and Measuring Instrument like Meggar- 5KV or
more voltmeter impair meter, Earth test digital tachometer used in the plant.
Responsibilities for operation of Dept. in which it includes Termination and another pre
sensitive works.
• Maintenance and repairs of many types of switches & Breakers of Electrical Circuit.
• Operations and maintenance of motors (0.3 kw/6.6 kw/11kw) or more preventive
maintenance, termination of motors.

trouble shooting of SF6 breakers, VCB, ACB, and its control circuits.

• Knowledge of transformer oil filtration and maintenance.
• Shutdown Preventive maintenance of cables and bus bar tightness checking, Tripping
interlock such as Buchholz relay, Oil & Winding Temperature indications, and Filtering of
Transformer oil.
• Install electrical equipment related to supply, distribution and production such as
generators, transformers, switchboards etc. and monitor these to ensure safe and
reliable work.

VALVE, LIT, LG, GD, FD, MAC, There is a summary instrument using in plant,
