Shady Records is an American record label founded in 1999 by rapper Eminem and his manager Paul Rosenberg after the success of Eminem's album The Slim Shady LP. Since its formation, Shady Records has signed fourteen acts and currently has seven artists, including Eminem, Bad Meets Evil, Yelawolf, Hall N' Nash, Boogie, and 50 Cent. The label's artists have earned RIAA certifications of platinum or higher on 18 of its 24 released albums, excluding Eminem's solo releases.
