Structural Fabrications Ltd recently completed a project at Hooton Station involving the new build and installation of a double span 25m bridge with camber linking 3 platforms. The project included 3 lift shafts with stairs and motor rooms, a rigid roof cladding system, glazed windows on the bridges, and nickel cast stair nosings with nylon coated stainless steel handrails. Structural Fabrications offers fabrication, installation, refurbishment, steelwork, civils and cladding, DDA handrails, ground works, bridge repair steelwork, lift shaft steelwork, timber fencing, and barriers for rail sector projects.

Kingspan Optimo D on the lifts. Glazed windows on the bridges with 9mm vitrified
floor tiling. Nickel cast nosings on the stairs with nylon coated stainless steel hand rail.
Steelwork along with link steelwork connections, DDA handrail, Corus cladding, clad
roofing system with aluminium guttering.
Painted to N1 specification. Design & fabrication of internal roofing system around
new link connections including steelwork & DDA Nylon handrails.
