- 8. Conclusion OLD? – Yes, there is no denying it! APATHETIC? – No, lots of old people still feel sexy and at least think about sex. PAST IT? – Maybe, for some, however some refer to old age being the golden age of their sex lives. Final Thoughts Practice rule 41 on The Times’ list -sex is the best exercise there is! As long as I can, I will!
