Servo Lane Diverter
This Lane Diverter is the Fastest and Most Accurate
method of lane diverting offered by Combi today. The
Servo Lane Diverter efficiently redirects products from a
single lane to multiple lanes using Servo Motor
technology. The benefits of this technology are less
wear parts, and the elimination of air requirements.
The Combi Servo Lane Diverter can be purchased as a stand alone
machine, or as a collation device prior to the infeed of several
different Combi case packing machines including: DP and DPI
model Drop Packers, The AlphaPack, Horizontal Loaders, and The
Ergopack.
Sequence of Operation:
Products traveling down the center guide are counted by a Photoeye. After a preset count is reached, the product is clamped by the
lane guide cylinders. The servo motor quickly and accurately
moves the diverter to the next lane, where the cycle is repeated.
