INTRODUCTION
Today’s world is demanding better condition in their way of life, and the demand of
better services such as GAS, that’s why our enterprise is interested in offering a new
way to deliver Gas service to an entire community or town between 500 to more than
2000 subscriber among households, commercial and industries as well.
Our proposal is safe, economic and ensures complete satisfaction to the end user
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE MOBILE GAS DES-COMPRESSING GAS UNIT
The mobile virtual Gas Station is an Assembly of pipes, valves and equipment in order to
receive 3,500 PSI pressure of gas storage tanks and adjust them to deliver the volume in
M3/h and pressure that the client requests.
Mobile virtual Gas Station design varies according to the technical requirements of
customer.
Modular design framed in steel and dimensions bars allowed on any type of trailer to
safely send it to a working destination
It supports all types of climatic conditions and can operate outdoors
The volumes of gas according to the design range from 50 M3/h up to 2000 m3/h, the
pressure (PSI or bar) is required by the client and under the API and ASME international
safety standards.

2. Operation Conditions
2.1 ENTRY
The des-compressor station unit is designed to receive the coming CNG modules storage
under the following conditions:
Income Max pressure of 3.500 PSI
Minimum working pressure 125 PSI
Maximum temperature: 49° C
Low temperature: 2° C
The connections shall be flanged and sealed with gaskets espiro metal allowing a seal in
the totality of the structure of the virtual station
2.2 OUTPUT
Temperature output minimum: 7.3 ° C
Maximum output temperature: 40° C
Minimum of volume output 50 M3/h
Maximum volume output 2000 M3/h
Pressure Out Put 30 to 60 PSI
The station is designed to decompress the gas coming from the storage modules CNG at
a pressure of between 4.1 bar and 5.5 bar and to provide maximum flow minimum inlet
pressure conditions.
Maximum flow rate: Des-compressor station is able to supply the following values of flow
rate at standard conditions up to 2000 m3/h.
Installed equipment are equipped with feedback, allowing self-adjustment, delivering a
flow and constant pressure, according to the requirements requested by the client
3. Processes included in the offer
3.1 FILTRATION
The des-compressor station is equip with a filter system for the retention of moisture and solid
particles, the filter designed has relief valves system that allows through eviction of moisture
maintenance without having to disassemble the filter unit.
The filters have efficiency for coalescence of 99.5% with a greater than 99% particle retention
design.
Two manometers of pressure on each end of the filter system shall be installed to determine
differences in pressure and detect blockages by contamination on the filters.
Changing the filter is quick and does not require the dismantling of any of the parts of the
station, requires only the removal of the top cover and remove the used filter.

3.2 HEATING
In order to prevent freezing of regulators due to compression of the gas, included the
installation of a heater that will function heating the CNG in the stage of regulation of 4° C to
40° C and the CNG flow through the entire station entrance
Offered heater uses the same gas as fuel, which ensures a greater margin of safety of work,
autonomy and independence of installations providing greater security in operation.
3.3 REGULATION OF HIGH FIRST STAGE
The first stage of pressure will be handled by High des-compressor units attached to the
station, that will aloud the Station with the amount of working gas to meet the demand
required.
At all times the CNG is subject to heater that will allow a working temperature of 40° C to 32°C
preventing freezing by decompression.
3.4 REGULATION OF HALF SECOND STAGE
Axial controller has locking system by high pressure and low pressure with the following
characteristics
Type of connection: flanged ANSI 150
Includes: Locking mechanism and pressure switch for high pressure, with pressures according
to spring
It applies under the following conditions:
Normal conditions:
Normal income: 150 PSI
Mínimum income: 80 PSI
Exit pressure: 25 to 60 PSI
P's shot blocking high: 250 PSI
Maximum flow conditions: 2,000 m3/h
3.5 SECURITY SYSTEMS
The station will feature the following safety systems
Relief valves pneumatic performance of flow control ANSI 300 in the high-pressure phase
3.6 MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS
Rotary meter model FMR G100 brand FMG, ANSI 150, 3 "in diameter, with low frequency
pulse output
3.7 INSTRUMENTATION
The station has local direct-reading instruments
1. Gauges: To operate outdoors under the fulfillment of the ASME B40.1.
2. Ground Connector
4. PAINT AND PROTECTION
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
The mobile Virtual Gas station has three coats of paint polyurethane for the sealing of steel
with external elements

Polyurethane has two components that need to mix well and leave between fifteen to thirty
minutes, before its application.
After using the component B (catalyst), it needs to close well container to prevent the entry of
air and moisture.
The first layer with two-component anticorrosive paints
After the first application, is expected 24 hours, never more than 36, to apply the second.
Proceed in the same way on successive applications. This allows good adhesion between
hands.

All stations are compact, built on a steel frame for your protection, handling with elevator or
crane and safe transport in a truck trailer.
It can be installed in any room and outdoors. It supports all types of weather conditions
EXTERNAL GAS NETWORK
Pipes and accessories for conduction of gaseous fuels are obtained from medium density
(MDPE) grade PE2406 or PE80 and high density (HDPE) polyethylene grade PE4710 or
PE100 for up to 145 PSI working pressure. Polyethylene accessories required for the
connection of pipes such as: unions, tees, caps, reductions, saddles, transitions among others
are manufactured from the same resins and the design confers greater resistance to the
internal pressure, these products possess equal or superior characteristics for external use
