● Change the workshop to be a Central
warehouse, workshop could use the
parking yard(SSSFE).
● Leave no trucks and cars in central
warehouse, keep all trucks in the parking
yard in order, in line.

● Print the location map of the (SSSFE) and
enclosed in every user manual of new
customers.

● Every worker dress the same overall with
company logo.
● Keep all trucks needed to repair in order.
● Keep all the tools in order.
● Clean out all used parts detached from
truck and keep them in fixed area.
● Clean the ground everyday before off.
● Set an board to indicate the information of
all trucks to repair, repairing and repaired.

12. Employee
A professional and stable service team is necessary
for a better vehicle sales and making profit from
after-sales.
● Establish a incentive mechanism to keep HR and
improve their work efficiency.
● Recruit one more parts personnel.
● Recruit one person to be in charge of customers
and warranty.
● Choose a professional staff to be supervisor of
workshop.
● Specify the role and responsibility of ever staff in
the station.
13. Customer
To establish a DCRC, improving the satisfaction of
customers and increase the come-back rate of
maintenance.

● Call and know customer's experience for our
products.
● Call and remind customer of regular maintenance
● Make appointment with customer to maintain their
trucks.
