1. SEPARATION AGREEMENT
Peter Divisoren , hereinafter referred to as "Husband," and Melisa Tiebreak Divisoren,
hereinafter referred to as "Wife," hereby agree to the following:
A. Preliminary Matters
1. Husband and Wife were lawfully married on June 12, 2011 at Philadelphia (city),
Pennsylvania (state). Because certain problems have developed between Husband and Wife,
they hereby agree to live separately and apart, subject to the terms and conditions as set forth
below.
2. Husband and Wife have made a complete, fair, and accurate disclosure to each other of all
financial matters affecting this agreement.
3. Husband and Wife have each been advised and counseled by attorneys of their choosing
regarding their legal rights as related to this agreement.
4. This agreement is intended to be a final disposition of the matters addressed herein and may
be used as evidence and incorporated into a final decree of divorce or dissolution.
5. Should a dispute arise regarding the enforcement of this agreement, the prevailing party will
be entitled to his or her reasonable costs and attorney's fees.
B. Custody and Visitation

2. Wife will have visitation with the children not in her custody according to the following

C. Child Support
Husband will pay to Wife the amount of $N/A each and every N/A (week, month, etc.) as and
for child support.
Wife will pay to Husband the amount of $N/A each and every N/A(week, month, etc.) as and
for child support.
D. Spousal Support
Husband will pay to Wife the amount of $N/A each and every N/A (week, month, etc.) as and
for spousal support.
Wife will pay to Husband the amount of $N/A each and every N/A (week, month, etc.) as and
for spousal support.
E. Homestead
Wife will remain in the family home, located at 3525 New Haven Street Pittsburgh, PA

The expenses relating to the family home will be paid by the parties as follows:

Wife will pay:
One half of the mortgage
100% of the association fee
All utilities
F. Other Debt & Expense Payments
Husband agrees to pay the following debts and expenses and will not hold Wife responsible for
the same:
One half of the mortgage for a 2012 Toyota Highlander
3. One half of the mortgage for a 2013 Honda Acura
Wife agrees to pay the following debts and expenses and will not hold Husband responsible for
the same:
One half of the mortgage for a 2012 Toyota Highlander
One half of the mortgage for a 2013 Honda Acura
Neither Husband nor Wife may incur any additional debt that may result in joint liability. Any
debt incurred by either party subsequent to this date will be the sole responsibility of that
party.
G. Personal Property
The personal property of the parties will be divided as follows:
To Husband:
Dog
60-inch television
Gym equipment
Lazyboy recliner
Stereo system
To Wife:
Cat
Father’s coin collection
Mother’s dishes and China
Couch
Dining room table
Bed
H. Insurance
4. Husband will maintain life insurance in the amount of $500,000.00 for the benefit of: Melisa
Tiebreak Divisoren
Wife will maintain life insurance in the amount of $0.00 for the benefit of: N/A
Husband will maintain medical and dental insurance for the benefit of: himself
Wife will maintain medical and dental insurance for the benefit of: herself
I. Bank Accounts
Husband and Wife jointly hold the following bank accounts:

The above mentioned accounts shall be divided as follows:
To Husband: $5,000.00
To Wife: $5,000.00

Husband and Wife agree that upon final divorce or dissolution of the marriage, Wife shall have
the right to retain her married name or shall also have the right to return to her maiden or
former name: Tiebreak (insert Wife's maiden name).
K. Final Agreement
This agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between the Husband and
Wife relating to the settlement of marital property and finances and supersedes all prior
discussions between us. No modification of or amendment to this agreement, nor any waiver
of any rights under this agreement, will be effective unless in writing signed by the party to be
charged.
L. Acknowledgement
Husband and Wife acknowledge that each has entered into this agreement in good faith,
without any duress or undue influence. Each understands his or her right to seek independent
5. counsel regarding this agreement, and each has had the opportunity to seek independent
counsel prior to signing this agreement.
M. Choice of Law
Husband and Wife agree that this agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
