1) The document analyzes the color forest green by taking various photos of plants in the author's home classroom from different angles and with different camera settings. 2) The author took photos with the camera's flash turned on in dark settings and in portrait mode to focus on leaf textures and colors. 3) The conclusion discusses how the color green evokes feelings of peace, nature, and comfort and the photos aimed to portray the captivation people feel when seeing the plants in the classroom.

1. Sense of Color

2. Visual Analysis
The color I chose is forest green it is
usually seen in plants. I took photos of
the plants we have in my home by the
window. This is the room I take all my
classes in. People usually notice the
plants as soon as they enter the room
because it’s so captivating and
beautiful.
Method: Picture one was taken with flash
because the room was extremely dark and
from a upward angle.

3. Method: For this picture I also turned
my flash on but this time I put the
camera in portrait mode which made
it have a more zoomed effect on the
overall picture and made us able to
focus more on the color of the leaves.

4. Method: Here I tried to put the
camera more in between the plants
and turned on my flash, but I kept
my camera on portrait mode so the
leaves are somewhat more of the
background but you can still see
some of the texture.

5. Method: I took this image from an
underneath angle very close to the
two front leaves it’s not in portrait
mode but you can really see the
color coming through in the leaves in
the background. The flash is on.

6. Method: This image is taken
behind a different plant and on
the opposite side with flash
because it was too dark I also
proceeded to turn on another
light in the room.

7. Conclusion
Green to me evokes a sense of peace and calmness, of nature and tranquility.I feel
like anytime I’m out around nature I feel alone in an environment that's endearing
and loving because I think that's what nature symbolizes. The feeling of being
comfortable, may that be you, one on one connecting with the world or with a
group of people taking on an adventure together. I also wanted to take the time to
use what I have around me to portray the emotion of captivation people feel as
they walk or see this room.
