We are finally starting to think about how touchscreen devices really work, and design proper sized targets, think about touch as different from mouse selection, and to create common gesture libraries.
But despite this we still forget the user. Fingers and thumbs take up space, and cover the screen. Corners of screens have different accuracy than the center. It's time to re-evaluate what we think we know.
Steven reviews his ongoing research into how people actually interact with mobile devices, presents some new ideas on how we can design to avoid errors and take advantage of this new knowledge, and leaves you with 10 (relatively) simple steps to improve your touchscreen designs tomorrow.

•Ví dụ: (một số content tốt đã được nhiều lượt view tự nhiên)

•Chuẩn bị nội dung tốt giúp bạn xuất hiện trên kết quả tìm kiếm tốt hơn.
•VD: Người dùng tìm từ khóa “kem dưỡng trắng da olay”, một sản phẩm của shop trên Sendo.vn được xuất hiện tự nhiên ở vị trí thứ 4 trên kết quả tìm kiếm google.
•=> Đây là lý do chúng ta nên tìm hiểu về từ khóa, đặt tên sản phẩm và biên tập nội dung cho tốt hơn.

7. 2 - Đặt tên sản phẩm – tên bài viết: (Tương tự như chọn từ khóa)
•Tương tự như chọn từ khóa. Mở rộng thêm cho chi tiết và hấp dẫn. Thường là thêm thương hiệu sản phẩm, tác dụng, công dụng, chất liệu, thuộc tính…
•Ví dụ:

Lưu ý, Tiêu đề/tên:
Không dài hơn 75 ký tự
Không gặp các vấn đề bảng quyền ca sĩ, hình ảnh… Không dùng các từ “không nên dùng” như: hàng fake…

Một bài viết nên có ít nhất 300 từ. Thông thường nên là 800 đến 1000 từ.
Hoàn hảo nhất là 1500-2000 từ.

Check list cho một nội dung: Tiêu đề bài viết có từ khóa?
•Có đoạn đầu tiên: 3-5 câu giới thiệu tóm tắt về tác dụng hoặc điểm nổi bật của sản phẩm.
•Đoạn giữa có ảnh minh họa kèm một số thông tin liên quan hoặc hữu ích.
•Cuối bài có thêm một số sản phẩm đề nghị mua kèm hoặc vài nội dung chốt sale.

10. 4 - Tối ưu hình ảnh
•Trong nội dung nên có ảnh minh họa. Số lượng tùy theo loại nội dung. Ít nhất 1 ảnh. Trung bình 3-5 ảnh và tốt nhất là 9 ảnh. Các ảnh đều nên có caption (đoạn mô tả ngắn) đi kèm trước hoặc ngay sau ảnh.

11. 4 - Tối ưu hình ảnh
•Tỉ lệ ảnh: Nên có kích thước vuông, vừa đủ lớn: rộng khoảng 450px. Ảnh thời trang váy và áo có thể dùng ảnh tỉ lệ rộng nhỏ hơn cao (ảnh đứng) Ảnh sản phẩm công nghệ nên để rộng lớn hơn cao. (Nên dùng tỉ lệ chuẩn là 4:3, 6:4 hay 16:10)

•Tạo tương tác bằng các hoạt động trên trang chủ shop như:
- Trả lời Hỏi đáp.
- Theo dõi đánh giá & phản hồi
- Viết Blog với các chủ đề sau: Hướng dẫn sử dụng một số sản phẩm liên quan Cập nhật một số dòng sản phẩm mới hàng tuần hoặc tháng, hoặc các sản phẩm mới nổi trên thị trường. Tổng hợp những câu hỏi thường gặp trong tháng và trả lời. Ảnh chụp một số đơn hàng giao trong tuần, hoặc phản hồi của khách hàng trên facebook.
