11. Cell apoptosis assay was carried out using a kit
obtained from MULTI SCIENCES following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Collected cells were resuspended twice in PBS and AV and PI
were added. Cells were incubated for 30 min at 37°C and analyzed by
flow cytometer.

medicine
3. The importance of studying it lies in the research contribution, as an important part of the
career, it provides the means to find solutions in the field, not only of health problems, but of a
good diet for the prevention of diseases, the influence of nutrients in health, the creation of more
specific and personalized drugs, the improvement of agricultural crops, responsibility for the
environment and sustainable development, among others.
