DESCRIPTION: Kim took this course to prepare for a Postal test for a job position with the
United States Post Office, but when learning it required delivering packages with her own
vehicle and paying her own gas, plus using her vehicle for work purposes would raise the vehicle
insurance rate, Kim chose not to pursue the opportunity.
5] Food Services/Waitressing Course at the University In Guam, U.S. Territory, & Certification:
DESCRIPTION: From early 2000's until end of year 2012 Kim Choate had been going back and
forth to Guam, U.S. Territory, to live and work seasonally for Clubs of Guam, which runs a Tex-
Mex Restaurant, a couple of tourist clubs, and apartment rentals. Kim worked up in the office
doing secretarial work part-time and also worked in one of the tourist clubs. In 2012 Kim studied
a course at Guam's University and got certified for Food Services/Waitressing. One of the
volunteer, performing duties of being an entertainer and tour guide at the tourist club included
riding in United States military tanks to cheer on thousands of military personel that were
temporarily stationed in tents while they were in Guam. She was single and lived alone in her
beachside apartment with her pets, and supported herself with her job. Off-season Kim
returned to the United States to stay part of the time in Las Vegas and part of the time in
Missouri where she was remodelling her house in Trenton, MO. With all the tornadoes that had
been hitting Missouri and the likelihood of typhoons in Guam, Kim decided to settle residents in
Las Vegas where it is more unlikely to have tornadoes and typhoons, and therefore at the end of
year 2012 Kim Choate travelled from Guam via Hawaii (where Kim carried less than $10,000 in
cash with a receipt for the sale of her vehicle, paperwork from Guam's Court Clerk showing a
case had been dismissed against her, and had mentioned to a Customs Officer that her house in
Missouri was worth $50,000, but whichever other Customs Officer that overheard the
conversation heard it wrong and spread a rumor for basis of Conspiracy to Postal Inspector
Richard Kaufman that Kim had travelled with $50,000 even though he was not the Customs
Officer who performed the inspection, which is ridiculous, because Kim went through three
scanners, and the funds were pre-counted by Guam's Customs prior to boarding to leave Guam)
to Las Vegas alone, also sending her pets along. Kim does miss having that beachside view in
Guam.

and (Medical) Receptionist, Kim was able to perform short-term jobs for a telemarketing firm in
San Bernardino County, CA, also in the late 1990's to early 2000's as an on-call Clerk for the
Bellagio & Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas, NV, and as an order processor for SonicAir in Las Vegas,
NV.
8] Wilfred Academy of Hair and Beauty Culture: Certificate of Cosmetology.
DESCRIPTION: Kim Choate attended Wilfred Academy of Hair and Beauty Culture in
Manhattan, New York, NY, in the early 1990's and completed the entire course, received a
Certificate of Cosmetology, and had the appropriate Licensing at the time to perform
Cosmetology. Financial Aid did not cover the entire course, but the Student Loan did have a high
interest pay-off rate. Kim Choate then proceeded to open her own beauty salon located in
California called Wow Exoteric Beaute Salon. Kim had an Establishment License with the Board
of Barbering and Cosmetology and was a member of the United States Chamber of Commerce.
It closed after an earth quake. Kim later purchased a Townhouse in North Las Vegas, Nevada
which she completely remodelled the interior and repainted the exterior, sold it and used part
of proceeds to pay off that student loan.
9] Accredited High School Diploma from Rochville University.
DESCRIPTION: Rochville University is an internationally recognized university and is
accredited by the Board of Online Universities Accredation (BOUA) and World Online Education
Accreditation Commission (WOEAC). The high school diploma is accredited by Rochville
University and is valid. The original high school attended through 12th grade was Santiago High
School in California, but did not reside at the location in time to graduate. Therefore, the
diploma was obtained through the university. Rochville University is an affiliate under Education
Services Provider. Here were the Course Studies and grade scores: English Writing Skills (A),
Fundamentals of Mathematics (A), Oral Comm & Presentation Skills (A), Personal Management
(A-), Sociology I (A-), Psychopedagogical Treatment (A-), Sociology II (A), Calculus I (A), Biology
(A), American Literature (A), Classroom Instructions (A-), Classroom Instructional Management
(B+), Economics (A), Geometry (A), and Calculus II (A).
10] United States Chess Federation: Kim Choate was a Tournament Level member for 2 years.
NO CRIMINAL HISTORY: KIM LOAN CHOATE (AKA: KIM L. CHOATE, KIM CHOATE) HAS NOT
AND DOES NOT USE ILLEGAL DRUGS. ALL DRUG TESTS THAT HAVE EVER BEEN DONE WERE
NEGATIVE. IN 2015 KIM HAD DELIRIUM CAUSED BY MOSQUITO BITES, HAD X-RAYS DONE OF THE
BRAIN IN 2016 WHICH SHOWED ANOMOLIES FROM THE MOSQUITOES VIRUSES, BUT
FORTUNATELY DID NOT NEED BRAIN SURGERY. THE DELIRIUM WAS TEMPORARY, HAD A
LEGITIMATE CAUSE, AND IT WAS NOT FROM ILLEGAL DRUG USE NOR ANY OTHER TYPE OF
SUBSTANCE ABUSE. USING KIM'S PREVIOUS TRAINING, KIM ACTED UPON THE MATTER BY
GETTING ELECTRIC TENNIS RACKETS AND SPENDING AN HOUR EACH LATE AFTERNOON PLAYING
TENNIS TO EXTERMINATE THOUSANDS OF MOSQUITOES. FINALLY, A NEW SPRAY CAME OUT
THAT ATTACHES TO THE WATER HOSE WHICH CONVENIENTLY KILLS OFF THE MOSQUITOES AND
ITS LARVAE, WHICH HAD BEEN ATTRACTED TO THE CATERPILLAR DEBRI LEFT NEAR THE GRAPE
PLANTS.

4. KIM LOAN CHOATE HAS NO CRIMINAL HISTORY. ANY CASE THAT EVER AROSE WAS EITHER
EXPUNGED, DROPPED OR DISMISSED FOR GOOD REASON. FURTHERMORE, KIM CHOATE WAS
FALSELY ACCUSED BY UNITED STATES POSTAL INSPECTOR RICHARD KAUFMAN OF SENDING A
CHOATE PACKAGE TO GUAM THAT VIOLATED FEDERAL REGULATIONS. KAUFMAN TOOK $4.500
FROM KIM CHOATE'S PURSE, FUNDS WHICH KIM BROUGHT WITH HER AND WAS COUNTED BY
CUSTOMS WHEN KIM ARRIVED IN GUAM, WHILE ON TOUR TO GUAM (A U.S. TERRITORY)
WITHOUT SERVING A COPY OF A SEARCH AND SEIZURE WARRANT TO KIM CHOATE AND KEPT
THE MONEY. NONE OF KAUFMAN'S EVIDENCE SHOWS ANY CHOATE PACKAGE VIOLATING
FEDERAL REGULATIONS. KAUFMAN LIED AND MADE UP THE ACCUSATION. TO CLEAR THE
MATTER UP YOU CAN GO TO THE USPS WEBSITE AND CHECK FOR YOURSELF THAT THERE WAS
NEVER A CHOATE PACKAGE MAILED TO GUAM BETWEEN THE BEGINNING OF YEAR 2013 UNTIL
CURRENT TIME EXCEPT LETTERS FROM THE 700 CLUB WHICH IS A RELIGIOUS ASSOCIATION, SO
IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR KAUFMAN'S ACCUSATION TO BE TRUE. NONE OF KAUFMAN'S
EVIDENCE SHOWS ANY CHOATE PACKAGE VIOLATING FEDERAL REGULATIONS. KAUFMAN
SHOULD BE SUED FOR MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FOR MAKING THE FALSE ACCUSATION AS IT IS
DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER, BUT COSTS OF LAWSUITS ARE EXPENSIVE. KIM CHOATE
