Soap, a rookie police officer, begins to suspect that his colleague Kapkan and Chief are involved in an energy drink smuggling operation. Soap spies on Kapkan and documents their suspicious activities and exchanges. When confronting Kapkan at a warehouse, they realize they have both been independently investigating the Chief. They work together to bust the Chief at the warehouse, finding energy drinks on him. Chief is arrested while Kapkan and Soap's suspicions are confirmed.

1. SCRIPT
Scene 1
EXT. CARTEL. DAY
CHIEF gets caught red handed.
SOAP
(shouts with aggression to CHIEF)
Get on your knees!
CHIEF
(drops to floor and energy drinks falls out of hand)
Scene 2
INT. SOAP APARTMENT. DAY
Soap wakes up to sound of alarm in panic, as if he just woke up from a
scary dream and gets ready for the day. Soap has breakfast, showers,
brushes his teeth and gets dressed.
INT. SOAPS CAR. DAY
Soap starts to drive to work. He reaches down to turn the radio on and
starts to sing along.
Scene 3
INT. POLICE OFFICE. DAY
Meeting room. All police men and women are sitting down on chairs
lined up in rows. Soap enters late and sits next to bad cop. Chief
walks into the room and stands in front of the officers.
CHIEF
Let’s get straight into this. Today’s meeting is about this new energy
drink. It’s called Floating Mongoose.
(clicks to next slide)
It’s being smuggled from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Our intel suggests
that it enhances people’s reaction time. I’m sure you’re all aware of
this.

2. (Officers nod their heads and mumble amongst each other, Soap looks
around, lost)
CHIEF
Good. We are dealing with an energy drink that heightens users
reflexes, so we need the fittest men on the job.
(Soap smiles)
CHIEF
Training will start in 10 to find out who that is. Move your ass
people!
Scene 4
INT SHOOTING RANGE. DAY
Soap witnesses bad cop walking towards the firing range with a bottle
in his hand although bad cop throws it quickly before stepping into
the area. Soap and bad cop lined up practising their accuracy at the
shooting range. Soap notices that Kapkan is more accurate with his
firing.
Scene 5
INT GYM. DAY
Soap and bad cop are in the gym, they lift weights.
Soap looks at bad cop and tries copying him. Soap peaks around the
corner suspiciously to find KAPKAN discretely pouring a packet of
powder into his drink. Soap is confused and doesn’t know what to do.
Bad cop continues onto training.
Scene 6
INT POLICE OFFICE. DAY
Police department are being informed on who has made it onto the
squad.
CHIEF
Alright pansies listen up, I’ve made my decision. Kang Jack, Horsefly,
Mexican Devil and…

3. Pause
Soap.
Scene 7
INT POLICE CORRIDOR. DAY
SOAP slips on spillage. Looks around with curiosity.
Points at spillage. CHIEF starts walking out
SOAP
He spilled the drink!
CHIEF
Who? What?
SOAP
KAPKAN, he’s just jealous that I’m squad operator.
CHIEF laughs and continues walking.
SOAP
huh?
Scene 8
EXT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. DAY
Montage of looking in bins, draws, lunch bag, car window and pot
plants.
Scene 9
EXT OUTSIDE. DAY
SOAP and KAPKAN are standing outside by brick wall.
SOAP
Coffee?
Hands him the drink. KAPKAN looks at him. Pauses. KAPKAN hits drink
out of Soaps hand.
SOAP
Are you lactose?

4. Scene 10
INT CAR. NIGHT
SOAP hides in the car with a camera by his side. He spots KAPKAN with
a suspicious looking woman. The woman hands him a box, he hands her an
envelope, Soap begins to take photos of the exchange. KAPKAN and woman
walk off in opposite directions. Soap places camera next to him and
drives off.
Scene 11
INT MAIN OFFICE. DAY
Soap urgently walks his way to CHIEFS OFFICE. As soon as he arrives,
CHIEF is ready to leave.
SOAP
CHIEF hold up.
CHIEF
Make this quick.
SOAP hands files to CHIEF.
SOAP
The end of corruption.
Chief pauses and gives a suspicious look with narrowed eyes
CHIEF
What’s this?
Chief sighs and opens file. He is confused and frowns as he skips
through the pages
Chief
Wh..Why... What is this? Why do you have photos of ‘Kapkan’?
Soap
Floating Mongoose
Chief
Thank you. You can leave now and we’ll take it on from here.
Soap is confused, leaves Chief’s office and takes his files to his
desk.

5. Scene 12
INT SOAPS CAR. DAY
SOAP gets in car and places files on the passenger seat. Photos are
scattered and SOAP notices a clue. He starts to examine the image.
Soap gasps.
Scene 13
EXT WAREHOUSE. NIGHT
SOAP pulls up with the car in front of warehouse. He gets out of his
car and looks around. He is sneaking and backs up to one place. KAPKAN
and SOAP bump into each other.
SOAP
What the flip flops!
KAPKAN
Shut your pie hole!
KAPKAN and SOAP are silently shouting at each other.
KAPKAN AND SOAP
What are you doing here? What am I doing here? No! Shutup! Stop
copying me!
SOAP
Jinx. Wait.. what are you doing here?
KAPKAN
I’m here to bust the case! What are you doing here?
SOAP
I’m here to bust you on the case!
KAPKAN
Bust me? Whiskey tango foxtrot are you saying?
SOAP pauses and pulls a confused face.
KAPKAN

6. I’ve been analysing every move he makes like a hungry mama fox looking
for a snack for my babies to feed on.
SOAP
He? Fox? What?
Soap and Kapkan turn their heads to face the warehouse.
Scene 14
SOAP
FREEZE!
Guns point at SOAP’s head from point blank range. Soap carefully drops
gun on floor
CHIEF
Slow clap as he is walking to SOAP
You think you could step up and play in the big boy league? All of a
sudden the rookie put on his big boy pants and thinks he can step up
to me?
BAD COP CREW chuckle
CHIEF
But did you bring your big boy toilet paper cause you’re about to get
shat on.
SOAP
Huh?..
BAD COP CREW looks confused
CHIEF
I told you that we’re going to take it from here.
KAPKAN
I’ve been on your ass, sir.
SOAP
All this talk is making me thirsty, for a sip of “WARM GOAT MILK”.

7. Sirens go off. Kapkan looks at Soap with confusion. He whispers to
SOAP.
KAPKAN
What are you doing?...
SOAP
The case shouldn’t have ended like this Chief…
CHIEF
I wouldn’t be doing this if I were you
SOAP
What you going to do?
CHIEF tries to run away. Police crew manage to catch and hold him.
Soap points his gun out.
SOAP
