- TRANSITION: Now that you’ve been able to leverage VoltTrack Recruit Candidate to get additional and more targeted resumes, use VoltTrack features such as Additional Keywords, View Results, and Candidate Categories to quickly build your Wheelhouse and track your candidates progress through your pipelines.
- If you are recruiting in a location where we have a long history of success (or you have started to build up a pipeline of candidates in a particular wheelhouse skill set, which we will get to later), you are likely to come across resumes of candidates that someone from Volt has already spoken to, resumes of candidates who already work for us and resumes of those already work directly for the client. (Particularly once you have a good search you are running over and over again, you’ll want to read the notes before you got the resume, that way you don’t waste time screening a resume that belongs to a candidates you’ve already know about and either have in your skill set or have passed on). If you start with the Activity tab, VoltTrack will remember that as your default when you look at the next candidate record. This is really going to be helpful once you’ve started building a pipeline of candidates and you are looking at the same candidates over and over coming in from Monster and CareerBuilder. Another reason to start with the Activity tab is that when you click on the candidate in M and CB, if we have a Volt record for that candidatse, you will actually see the same activity notes because the record is connected. (If you use View Volt Results and use the Activity Tab as a default, you only have those candidate notes… another option).
