KALEIDOSCOPE
A kaleidoscope is
an optical instrument with
two or more reflecting
surfaces or mirrors tilted
to each other at an angle,
so that one or more (parts
of) objects on one end of
the mirrors are seen as a
regular symmetrical patter
n when viewed from the
other end, due to
repeated reflection.
FUNCTION OF A
KALEIDOSCOPE
A kaleidoscope
uses light and mirrors
to reflect objects and
create beautiful,
fascinating repeating
patterns. There are
many different types
of kaleidoscopes that
create different
patterns, but all use
the same basic laws of
physics, manipulating
light and reflection.
