This document discusses research on the long noncoding RNA SNHG7 and its role in breast cancer proliferation. Key findings include: 1) SNHG7 interacts with and regulates the protein HNRNPK, which controls proliferation. SNHG7 also regulates the stability of certain transcripts involved in IGF signaling. 2) Computational models were able to predict SNHG7 expression levels in the METABRIC dataset, which lacks RNA sequencing data, using a "guilt-by-association" approach.
