Scott is a graduate of University of Florida with a degree in
Business Administration with majors in both Finance and
Economics. He is credentialed as a Certified Member of the
Institute (CMI) - Property Tax from Institute for Professionals
in Taxation (IPT), and is an active member of organizations
including – International Association of Assessing Officers –
Florida Chapter (FCIAAO), Florida Association of Property
Tax Professionals (FAPTP), and the International Council of
Shopping Centers (ICSC). Scott frequently lectures on
property tax issues, has been nationally published in leading
tax and news periodicals, and is a guest faculty member for
tax training organizations.
