• Build pre-CPU’s by leasing warehouse near FGPUs
Action Plan
• Adding equipment and operational stages at FGPU to
become the final organic coconut sugar product. drying,
sieving, metal detecting, and pre-packaging (temporary until
the CPU Built).
• This makes the temporary CPU MIO as a warehouse for
storing goods, final labelling, and packaging.

11. Another issue
There is a dryness in the coconut trunk. this happens is at some
point on Sungai Rasau village and Bakau Besar village . If this
happens to many coconut trees in mempawah will affect the
sap production. MIO still investigating the issue, it allegedly
because of the prolonged rainy season
