This document discusses several cases of scaphoid fractures in different patients. A 42-year-old female presented with carpal tunnel syndrome and wrist pain after a fall and was found to have a large cyst and fracture in her scaphoid bone. A 16-year-old male reported four months of painful wrist after a skateboarding injury. Imaging also showed a non-union in the wrists of a 42-year-old man bilaterally. Surgical treatment including open reduction and internal fixation with bone grafting was performed in some cases.
