ADMINISTRATIVE REMARKS
DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTA TION
U.S. COAST-GUARD
CG-3307 (Rev. 6-75
18 December 1985: Petty Officer LANTZY was assigned to
Commander, Cari bbean Squadron for the period
of 30 October 1985 through 18 December 1985.
PO LANTZY organized and maintained the staff's
numerous operations and general files. His
neat and orderly surface and air operations
plots increased the Intelligence Officer's
ability to analyze the large amounts of raw
data collected by squadron units. PO LANTZY's
insight to intelligence and possible smuggling
patterns was of great value in planning
squadron disposition. Due to the small size
of the squadron staff, PO LANTZY was included
in the COMCARIBRON watch supervisors schedule.
As watch supervisor, he ensured s q u a dr o n v •
operations continued smoothly and notified the
appropriate personnel of significant
occurances. His recommendations were always
well thought out. PO LANTZY's attitude was
continuously positive. Although he worked
long hours with rarely a break for over 45
days. he could always be counted on to do his
best to get the job done. I would be
extremely pleased to work with him again in
the future.
