Martin, an architect, is waiting to be interviewed by his friend Ross. However, during the interview Martin seems distracted by something else. It is revealed that Martin has been having an affair with a barnyard goat. This discovery turns Martin's life upside down and causes huge fights with his wife Stevie. In the climax, Stevie leaves and destroys parts of the house. In the end, Martin comes to terms with his family and the reality of his unusual affair, though the full consequences are still unknown.

• The stage opens at Martin and Stevie’s
home.
• Martin is waiting for his friend Ross to
come and interview him
• Martin is an amazing architect and has been
given the chance to design a city
5. Inciting Incident
• During the interview, Martin is not paying
attention at all and is occupied with other
things which makes Ross question him
• Ross finds out that Martin has been having
a “relationship” with a barn animal-- a goat

• The conflict is when Martin’s life is turned
upside down due to the fact that he is
having an affair with an animal
7. Rising Action
• Ross decides that he needs to help his
friend out and sends a letter to his family
• His family are not able to comprehend this
completely and are in complete surprise
• Martin and his wife get into a huge fight.
Things are broken and his wife is breaking

• Stevie leaves that house claiming to bring
Martin down with her

• Martin is left with his son Billy. They have an
argument but then an agreement
• In the last final minutes, Martin’s wife
comes onto the stage with the goat body
