This document proposes creating a public health data analysis portal to help prevent major diseases in San Diego County. The portal would allow local health data from the county health agency to be easily accessed, organized, analyzed and shared by various end users, including elected officials, health analysts, and community organizations. It would provide searchable data and information on preventive measures in a responsive web-based design accessible on multiple devices. The goal is to make public health data more accessible, organized and user-friendly than current formats like buried PDF reports.
