D. Radhakrishnan Nair “Magic Eye Films” Bangalore.
He has a total work experience of 39 years.
He started as a fine art artist, later worked as a textile designer for 3 years.
He has worked in the advertising industry for 5 years as an art director.
He then started photography for advertising in 1983.
In the year 1988 set up the first ad film company in Bangalore, “Magic Eye Films”.
He has directed over 200 ad films in 16 years.
He has won many international and Indian ad film awards.
Now he has got back to digital photography since 2004.
Today he is a name to reckon with.

Sandeep Maheshwari is a name among millions
who struggled, failed and surged ahead in
search of success, happiness and contentment.
Just like any middle class guy, he too had a
bunch of unclear dreams and a blurred vision of
his goals in life. All he had was an undying
learning attitude to hold on to.

Rowing through ups and downs, it was time that
taught him the true meaning of his life.
It is this very urge of helping people and doing
something good for the society that inspired him
to take the initiative of changing people’s lives in
the form of "Free Life-Changing Seminars and
Sessions".

Mr. Sandeep also started His family was into the
Aluminum business, which collapsed and in the early
stage of his life he took the responsibility of his family.
He started his career as joining a multi-level marketing
company to manufacturing & marketing household
products.
Hence, instead of being a brilliant student, he opted to
drop out of Kirorimal College, Delhi in the third year of
B.Com.

Attracted by the scintillating modeling world, he
started his career as a model at the age of 19.
Witnessing the harassment and exploitation
experienced by models he left it.
2-week course in photography and there he
was, a dime-a-dozen photographer with a
camera in his hand.

He started clicking photo shots of models and whose
who don’t have money to pay, he clicked it for free. But
didn’t succeed because he was operating without the
studio.(2002)
Many. Then he In 2002, along with three people, he
started a company which was closed within six months.
In 2003 he published his book on marketing and began
a consultancy firm but unfortunately failed again.

His passion was photography so he decided to
continue with his passion by starting a studio
and hired some photograph.
He started clicking portfolio for the models once
again and was charging very little from them.
But it was not helping much.
9. Limca Book Record
Photography business was going fine, one day he thought to
go world record of clicking photograph.
They set a target to capture 10,000 different shots employing
100 within a duration of 12 hours on an analog camera with
film. I exceeded the expectation by capturing more than
10,000 images in 11 hours and utilizing over 120 models.
But when the photos were counted it was found that he had
break the world record.
10. Birth of Image Bazaar
Mr. Sandeep Maheshwari use to keep the photograph or
portfolio which turned his life.
One AD agency approached him for the photograph for
the advertisement, he was surprised because he never
thought the portfolio he capture and paid for the picture
they have taken.
From their he started clicking photograph and but still
the demand of the customer was different only few pic
got selected.

Then he decided to take picture as per customer
demands.
February 2006 with around 8000 images, finally
he launched Image Bazaar.
At one time have the largest collection of Indian
Photography with close to around 900,000
images

ImagesBazaar have the collection of over 90000
pictures only Indians.
Any company who want to do an advertisement but their
budget is low then they can approach ImagesBazaar,
will provide the image to the company and will charged
them accordingly.
If any customization need to be done they’ll do the
same, the only purpose is attract the company and save
their money.

Even 3D image are also available now.
At present, over 7000 clients in more than 45
countries are using images from ImagesBazaar
for their advertising and marketing

He started his first business with 12k camera,
for the ImagesBazaar he invested 1.5 lakh and
now his company is earning 10.5cr.

We have a strong presence in India, Dubai, Pakistan,
and UAE, have a strong client base in all these markets.
They are in the process of partnering other stock
agencies in the world to take our images to all across
the world. Presently their customers are present in 45
countries, but predominantly in Asia.
90% of the business comes from India.
