The ALC program was originally my second choice, but after the first semester, I did not want to

I can write a thesis that will give an overview about what main topic of the paper is and what other
elements will be addressed in the paper. From taking this course I have been able to improve
many of my weaknesses, but there are still some that I need to work on. Overall I am becoming
better at not procrastinating as much as I used to. This class has helped me to learn to take the
little steps along the way because then there will not be as much work to do towards the end.
This has also made me realize that the final product of my writing will turn out better because it
will have had more time to develop, which means that there would have been more opportunities

Flash Backs Grammar. A confusing concept to my own mind while walking into a new class, yet
an intriguing topic to learn throughout a course. In the beginning of the semester, I worried a lot
about my success in this course because my own grammar, rhetoric, and style of writing needs

irritation and allergic sensitization (Thami, 2002, Arnold 1997, Silverman 1995). The tar produced
by destructive distillation of bituminous stone that have fossilized fish is called as shale tar
(ammonium bituminosulfonate, Ichthyol). It contains around ten percent sulphur and has minimal
photosensitizing or contact potential. The coal tar is obtained from carbonization of coal and is
official in various pharmacopoeias including British Pharmacopoeia, Japanese Pharmacopoeia,
United State Pharmacopoeia, Indian Pharmacopoeia and European Pharmacopoeia (Raza et al

Out of the three goals, (Personal, educational, and professional) I chose two of the goals that I am
focusing on and that is my personal and educational goals. For my personal goals, I want to create
a big picture of what I plan to do in life. Then I want to break them down in order to reach my
goals, then once I have them together, then I would start working on them to achieve them. For
example(Specific and Measurable goals), I plan on finding a job that has great benefits and the best
rate of pay, and one that does not require working on weekends(Monday–Friday only), and not

I plan on earning my Master's Degree within a year of Graduation. While I am currently in school, I
will rely on my instructors, academic counselors, graduation team, the GCU Online Library, and the
school's other resources that will give me additional help when I need them. If I feel lost or a subject
seems too difficult, then I will ask e–mail my instructors and let he or she know that I am having
difficulty and that I need help. If I am feeling overwhelmed about school, I will seek the help and
advice of my academic counselor to help me come up with a solution to help me feel relaxed and not
stressed with taking online classes. I know that I will be successful if I always ask and seek help
here at GCU.
After all of this being said, I believe that I am a D1 in the development level, which is "The
Enthusiastic Beginner" (Low Competence/High Commitment). I would be enthusiastic and be
highly committed to doing my job if I were to have a certain position or even as a student in
school on certain levels in my program, but at the same time, I would and still do not yet know
all of the ropes yet. Right now I consider myself a very curious, inexperienced person who does
quite have the skills required for the job in hand or the things that I have learned in school so far,
but I am yet hopeful that I will learn to develop and learn more and more skills in the near future.

The Title of the article should summarize the paper's main idea and identify the variables under
discussion and it shows the relationship between them. The Running head is a shortened version of
the article's full title and it is used to help readers for identifying the titles of published articles. Even
if our paper is not intended for publication, our paper should still have a running head. The Author
note should appear on printed articles and identifies each author's department and institution
affiliation and any other changes in affiliation, contains acknowledgements and any financial support
received. It also provides contact information. An author note is optional for students in writing class
papers, thesis etc. The Abstract is a brief summary of the paper. It allows the readers to quickly

My Core Values
As I have grown as an adult and moved further towards success in my life, I have always
maintained a guided structure to achieve goals and tasks that challenge me. I call these my "Core
Values". This is a strict regimen or a belief system that I have instilled into my everyday practice to

To build responsibility as a child I volunteered to take care of my family dog. Even though she was
the family's pet I took it upon myself to make sure she was properly fed, watered, and walked. My
mother was very proud of my new development as an adolescent. She became very encouraging
and would come up with other special chores around the house that I could be relied upon to
handle. To some children this would seem like a punishment, but both of my parents were so
supportive and persuasive that I looked forward to having the gained accountability. My father
instituted honesty and respect as monuments for responsibility. I of course struggled at times
with taking care of my dog, and handling some of my other chores. But my father always wanted
me to not only be honest with my parents, but also with myself. He stated that a lie would not
benefit anybody and it was disrespectful to tell a lie. He would tell me that a liar was the same as
a cheater, and nobody liked either. If I knew how to respect others and be honest, than my
responsibility would only increase. I asked why I would want added responsibility and my father
told me two things that changed my perspective completely. First, it was that responsible people
always tended to be more successful. Since I had always dreamed of growing up to be rich and
