Samasource: A New Model for Empowering the Poor

Samasource is an organization aimed at empowering marginalized individuals in poor regions by helping them find dignified jobs. Through a three-part method of screening, training, and marketing, they have successfully trained over 250 people and generated significant work opportunities for small businesses in Kenya. The organization is currently seeking to raise $350,000 to expand its impact in East Africa.
