A salsa contest will be held at the Belton HEB Plus from 2-4 p.m. on July 11th where everyone can be a judge by trying the 4 signature salsa recipes and voting for their favorite. The Belton Police Department, Belton Fire Department, and Lena Armstrong Public Library will be featured at the community event.
